Tina's Noodle Kitchen

I've been coming to eat their deep-fried pork with pickles for the past five years. I went to visit last Monday and was very disappointed with the taste of the soup; the ingredients were not fresh, and the service was poor. The tomato was clearly rotten with a foul taste. When we requested a new bowl, we overheard the staff communicating with the chef about the tomato. The chef confirmed that it was indeed rotten, but the staff thought we didn't understand the language and told us there was no problem with the ingredient. Instead of replacing the entire bowl, the staff gave us a new "tomato." However, it was clear to us that the foul taste of the original tomato had already infused into the soup, so adding a new tomato wouldn't improve the taste. We also overheard the table next to us mentioning that the soup didn't taste the same as before. Isn't ensuring the quality of the food the utmost priority for a restaurant? I'm deeply disappointed.

Finally it opened in Glen. Funny design of the shop , great customer service. I ordered my favorite rice noodle - lamb spare ribs and beef tomato one for my son. The sticky rice fried cake is a must try! Easy free three hours parking downstairs close to David johns. Never disappoint with their sensational flavor . Price is fairly reasonable. Suitable for student, family , friends catch up. Kids friendly.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews like this but for this I felt I had to. HORRIBLE experience, whole entire family had food poisoning after!!! Ordered takeaway, server charged me $5 for containers without informing me and the containers melted (see examples in pics). All the plastic melted into the soup which is DANGEROUS for consumption. The pickled soup was also ridiculously salty, almost undrinkable and the fish tasted off. Called the manager to prevent this from happening to other customers with no resolution whatsoever. Unacceptable food and customer service!!

Authentic Asian food, great if you like large bowls of soup based food with noodles, dumplings or other ingredients. Not one of my favourite eating experiences but that's more to do with my preferences than the actual quality of the food. No reasonable desert options either, again, this is a review based on my tastes, your experience may be different based on your own tastes.

This place has quite a selection of noodle soups to choose from. They are quite delicious and portions were quite generous. You need order first before finding a seat and the staff are there to help you find one if you are having problem finding one. It can get quite busy. There are self serve stations for water and chilli. Prefer this place than the branch on swanston st.
